COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is refers to the analysis, planning, implementation, and control of sales activities; including setting objectives, designing strategy, recruiting, selecting, training, supervising and evaluating the sales force. The course adequately prepares students for a career in Sales and gives students’ perspective of sales functions and operations that they can use to enhance their effectiveness in other related functions (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Production, etc). This course is an integration of key business processes from end user through original suppliers for the purpose of adding value for the firm, its key supply chain members, to include customers and other stakeholders.
